User‑Uploaded Content: Photographs and images you submit to our Service for AI‑powered processing, including stylization, animation, outfit swapping, face‑based morphing, and dance video generation.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
Device Details: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network connection information.
Usage Analytics: Functions you use (Stylization, Animate Img, AI Dance, Outfit Swap, Img Morph), creation history, and your interactive behavior within the App.
Log Information: Server activity logs, application crash reports, and performance monitoring data.
2.3 AI‑Related Processing Data
Uploaded Images: Photos you send to our servers to be processed for our core creative features.
Generated Outputs: Edited images, animated clips, dance videos, and morphing videos produced by our AI models.
Processing Metadata: Technical parameters linked to your creation requests, including style choices, template selections, resolution settings, and animation parameters.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely for the following legitimate purposes:
To operate, maintain, and continuously improve our Service
To process your creative requests including image stylization, photo animation, AI dance creation, virtual outfit swapping, and two‑image morphing video generation
To manage your user account, virtual credit balance, and purchase records

4. AI Processing Rules & Data Retention
4.1 Cloud‑Based Processing
All AI‑driven creative features of Mirenox run on secure cloud servers. Your uploaded images are transmitted via encrypted connections to our processing infrastructure to complete your requested generation tasks.
4.2 Data Retention Periods
Uploaded Images: All original photos you submit will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days after AI processing finishes.
Generated Content: Videos and images created by our AI will be stored in your Mirenox account for 90 days. After this period, they may be automatically removed. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your own creations.
Account Data: Your basic account information is kept until you request account deletion or data removal.
4.3 Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all images and materials you upload to our App. You grant us a limited‑purpose license only to process your uploaded content for delivering our creative services to you.
4.4 Facial and Biometric Data
Our App processes facial features exclusively to power functions such as stylization, outfit swapping, dance animation, and image morphing. All facial data processing is temporary and task‑specific. Uploaded facial images are deleted right after processing completes. We do not collect, store, or share any permanent biometric information.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third‑party businesses. We may share your data only under the following limited conditions:
Trusted Service Partners: We share necessary information with qualified third‑party providers who assist us in running our Service, including cloud hosting services, payment processors, and performance analytics tools.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose user information when required by law, court orders, or official government authorities.
